Woman gets 15 years for production of child pornography while living in Wisconsin and Tennessee

(WFRV) – A 38-year-old woman was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison for her role in producing child pornography while residing in Milwaukee and the Memphis, Tennessee, area.

Richard G. Frohling, Acting United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, announced that Chasity Evans of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Ripley, Tennessee, will be required to register as a sex offender as part of her sentencing.

Evans created the child pornography, distributing it to a co-defendant through a cell phone in exchange for money on Cash App. These actions occurred between February and June 2023, while she resided in Milwaukee and the Memphis area.

The child she used was between 11 and 12 years old during Evans’ crimes. Evans will spend five years on supervised release.
