GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – The date for the long-awaited debut morning show with local northeast Wisconsin radio hosts Otis, Katie, and Nick has finally been announced by 95.9 KISS FM.
The debut show, titled ‘KISS FM Mornings with Otis, Katie, and Nick‘ has been months in the making after former longtime WIXX morning radio hosts Katie and Nick announced that they would be leaving WIXX to join Otis Day on KISS FM.

Katie and Nick’s announcement to leave WIXX came shortly after local radio legend Murphy in the Morning’s retirement. Day is also a former host on WIXX. After his last show on WIXX in March 2022, Day returned to radio with KISS FM in December 2023.

A noncompete clause kept Katie and Nick from being on-air until the clause either expired or was resolved. Details about the noncompete clause have yet to be released.
“It was hard for us to realize how much we mean to people but you guys mean so much to us and being part of your daily lives,” Katie said in January. “I’m just so excited to be a part of everybody’s daily lives again and have everybody come back into mine.”

“This relationship that you can’t duplicate, you can’t find it anywhere else, you can’t get it anywhere else, you can’t manufacture it,” Nick added. “It can only come through the airwaves and I’m really excited to rekindle it with the community and with these two.”
On Wednesday, May 1, KISS FM announced a start date for KISS FM Mornings with Otis, Katie, and Nick for June 10, 2024.
