The event featured information booths about the importance of organ donations, community activities, and a ceremonial flag raising to honor those who have given the gift of life.
I think a lot of times it’s a silver lining for families, grief is a very awful thing if we can give a little bit of hope so their family members can leave a legacy and give them a little peace at the end of the day.
