(WFRV) – Police say a man in Wisconsin is now in custody for his 3rd Operating While Intoxicated offense and an additional weapons charge following a disturbance early Friday morning.
According to a release from the Stoughton Police Department, officers responded to a business on West Main Street for reports of a disturbance in front of the building.
Investigation underway after woman found dead in a Waushara County home
Police say a 28-year-old man believed to be involved in the reported incident was stopped in his vehicle before he could leave the scene.
The man was arrested and taken to the Dane County Jail, where he was booked on charges of 3rd OWI offense and Possession of a Firearm While Intoxicated.
