According to a release, the Oshkosh Police Department conducted the investigation, leading to a search warrant on February 11 in the 1100 block of Moreland Street.
The warrant stems from a tip by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, and it reported CSAM online. Investigators reviewed a laptop and found at least three different videos of child porn.
The suspect reportedly told officers that they would probably find more than 1,000 images/videos of child pornography on the device.
