A few rain chances going into the weekend

The latest northeast Wisconsin weather forecast from Storm Team 5…

There are a few rain chances heading into the next three days, but the good news is that no day will be washed out from wet weather!

TODAY: We’ll start the morning off with a few areas of light rain or sprinkles. That is expected to dry up as the morning progresses. Another batch of scattered showers may reform this afternoon, starting up north and becoming hit or miss as it heads toward the valley and lakeshore.

SATURDAY: Rain is unlikely, but a few pop-up showers could form in the afternoon in central Wisconsin, or any county to the west of Appleton and Oshkosh.

SUNDAY: Rain is likely for an hour or two for all of our communities. This will come through in the afternoon with a cold front. Right now, severe weather is not expected, but stay tuned as we get closer.
