SHEBOYGAN, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers in Sheboygan are looking to speak with anyone who may have witnessed a hit and run on North 3rd Street that left a bicyclist seriously injured.
Around 6:55 p.m. on Saturday, April 18, the Sheboygan Police Department states that officers responded to North 3rd Street near Clifton Avenue after a car had crashed into a bicycle.
