FOX CROSSING, Wis. (WFRV) – It’s been a busy couple of days for the Fox Crossing Police Department, but luckily for positive reasons.
On Monday, Detectives Gustafson and Birmingham joined Officers Skeens and Burns at the St. Mary Catholic High School assembly for some fun and games, creating positive relationships with students.

The games on hand, life-sized Hungry Hungry Hippos, a human version of the popular tabletop kids game, as officers lay flat on scooters while holding laundry baskets as their colleagues held them by the legs.
Their colleagues helped steer them in the right direction to collect as much ‘hippo food’ as possible, just like in the tabletop game.
Then, on Tuesday, officers, along with the Fox Crossing Fire Department, headed to the Fox Valley Technical College Public Safety Center to meet with future recruits and educate and connect with students.
