ASHWAUBENON, Wis. (WFRV) – An annual fan-favorite event, MeatFest, is returning once again to the Resch Expo this May.
According to a release, MeatFest, presented by Pelkin’s Smokey Meat Market, will take place at the Resch Expo in Capital Credit Union Hall A from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 30.
Weather permitting, the event is expected to take place both indoors and outdoors, featuring over 50,000 square feet of food and fun for event goers to enjoy and explore, including the following activities:
- Venture through aisles of unique vendors for LOTS of sampling or grab a meal from one of the local food trucks.
- Relax and enjoy cooking demos inside at both stages, or outside on the plaza!
- Listen to live music while hanging out in the beer garden, bourbon bar, and wine bar!
- Chef Selena and Rooted In are hosting a fun, interactive Kids Culinary Space, where kids of all ages will learn basic food prep skills and explore cooking in a safe, engaging environment.
- Kids Cooking Competition
General admission tickets for this year’s event will be $16.50 for adults, $8 for those aged 13-17, $11 for military and first responders, and free for children 12 and under. General admission entry for MeatFest is at 11:00 a.m.

VIP tickets are also available and are $22 for adults, $13.25 for ages 13-17, $16.50 for military and first responders, and free for Children 12 & under. VIP tickets also come with a 10:00 a.m. early entry and an event giveaway.
