The Latest from Storm Team 5…
Rain showers have been brushing up against our southern counties this evening along with a few snowflakes up north. A bulk of the precipitation will stay to our south this evening, but in our clouds, there is a chance for some sprinkles or flurries, but overall we are looking quiet.
The wind picking up will cause temperatures to fall behind our cold front, down into the teens and twenties for the morning tomorrow.
It will be a cool start to our Friday morning under a mix of sunshine and clouds, but expect the clouds to fill in over the course of the morning. This is associated with a weak disturbance that could bring a chance for a passing snow shower or flurry tomorrow PM and evening. No, this will not be one you need to shovel. Highs on Friday will be in the mid to upper 30s.
Sunshine to clouds on Saturday, and once again we mention a chance for a passing snow shower escpecially for thos along the WI & U.P. border. Highs will get back on track though in the upepr 30s to low 40s.
The best day of the weekend will be on Sunday with msotly sunny skies and temperatures reaching the upper 50s to low 60s. Looks like an unsettled weather pattern arrives Monday night into Tuesday with a few chances for rain and thunderstorms.
