APPLETON, Wis. (WFRV) – A high schooler in Appleton was surprised with a special honor on behalf of the Milwaukee Brewers.
Evangelina Rattray, an Appleton North High School senior, was selected as the 2026 Brewers Community Foundation Home Team Scholarship winner, which goes to high school seniors accepted to a Wisconsin college/university.
Local 5’s McKenna Rentmeester named WBA’s Young Professional of the Year
Rattray is a member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley and she was named the Wisconsin State Youth of the Year. She earned the same honor from her Boys and Girls Club.
In a March 10 release, the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley noted her long tenure with the club, which she joined in kindergarten. Rattray has authored three books as well and is currently working on a fourth.
The scholarship is worth $10,00.
