The Latest from Storm Team 5…
We did it folks. We made it to the end of the ‘Blizzard of 2026’. Today has been a productive day of clean up thanks to many hours of sun and light winds, but roads do remain narrow and snow packed so please continue to use caution.
Tonight, unfortunatley, we will have more snow move through the area later tonight into the morning hours tomorrow. With temperatures in the mid teens tonight, this will be a fluffy snow where 0.5 to 1.5″ of snow is expected.

After some morning flakes tomorrow, the rest of our day looks cloudy with highs in the mid 30s.
Another weak system will bring rain showers overnight Wednesday into Thursday morning. Where it cool across the northwoods, we may see a wintry mix early Thursday morning. Plan to have the rain jacket handy for Thursday.
Highs will make a run into the 40s, even possibly 50 degrees on Saturday. As you clean out from this weekends storm, make sure to clear street drains to make sure the water flows to where it should be going.
