(WFRV) – As the blizzard begins wrapping up, road conditions are still bad throughout northeast Wisconsin, especially in Outagamie County, where 165 motorists have been stranded since midnight.
According to a release from the Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office, deputies are reporting that a mix of falling snow and blustery winds has created “treacherous” road conditions and “near zero” visibility.

This has led to a reported 165 motorists stranded throughout the county since midnight Sunday night/Monday morning. Deputies and highway crews are said to be out doing what they can, but are requesting that anyone who can stay home do so.
