From Storm Team 5…
What an incredible day of weather here in NE WI. A potent winter storm pummeled much of the rain with snow, sleet, ice pellets, strong winds and even thundersnow/sleet.
12-24″ of snow and sleet accumulated through the morning and afternoon. Winds gusted over 50 mph with blizzard conditions for about 5 hours starting at 10 am Sunday.
A lull in the snow is quickly filling in with more snow on the backside of the strengthening storm system moving into lower Michigan late Sunday evening.
Winds will get evening more powerful into early Monday morning with northerly gusts to 60 mph and moderate to heavy snow – safe to say blizzard conditions will continue through Monday morning at least.
Snow totals will rival a top snowfall all-time for March and enter the top 3 for all-time all months on record here in Green Bay.

Stay safe as this storm winds down Monday afternoon.
