(WFRV) – Police are issuing a statewide alert for a missing 58-year-old Wisconsin woman who was last seen in Minnesota.
According to a release from the Delavan Police Department, 58-year-old Kimberly Dee Schmidt was last seen leaving her City of Delavan residence on Saturday, March 7.

Later that same day, she was said to have traveled through Litchfield, Minnesota and has not been seen or heard from since, with her destination and whereabouts currently unknown.
Police say Schmidt was known to be driving her red 2010 Toyota Corolla with a Wisconsin registration of BAF9040. She is also not taking her required medicine and could be experiencing a medical crisis, and could appear paranoid.
Schmidt has family in Montana, but they are not expecting her arrival and have not had contact with her. She also has former ties to Minnesota and current ties to Illinois.
Police describe Schmidt as being 5’4″, weighing 160 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. Anyone who sees Schmidt or knows of her whereabouts is asked to contact the Delavan Police Department.
