The latest from Storm Team 5…
Friday night is continuing that wintry mess trend with some snow making its return and rain will also make an appearance as we look north along the lakeshore. Skies will remain cloudy with winds reaching towards 20mph and gust near the mid 30s. Snow will continue throughout the night mainly in our northern counties with the opportunity for 3-6″ in Marinette county and 1-3 inches south of that. Refer to the map below for more details.

Saturday will see more scattered snow showers and temperatures see highs just below freezing. Snow will make its way farther south with most accumulations remaining under an inch. Higher accumulations will be expected to the north. Sunday will be breezy once again with a chance for some lingering flurries. The map below will detail snowfall expectations.

Monday begins the work week with mostly sunny skies but it will remain dry. Highs reach the mid 20s and this will be the coolest day of the week. Tuesday will be the arrival of our next snow system with highs in the lower 30s. Wednesday has a chance for frozen mix but Thursday looks drier with partly cloudy skies. These days will remain in the lower 30s.
Friday will send us into the next weekend with mostly cloudy skies but daytime highs will increase. We see the possibility for temperatures to return to the lower 40s.
