DOOR COUNTY, Wis. (WFRV) – Schools within the Southern Door County School District closed early on Friday morning due to an unexpected water outage.
According to the School District’s Facebook page, schools were dismissed at 10 a.m. on October 17 due to “the district not having water.”
It was also noted that the Talon Community Fitness Center was closed to the public for the same reason.

No word was provided on a timeframe for a resolution, but with the weekend ahead, school is likely to be in session on Monday.
