The official cause of JOAN RIVERS' death is a lack of oxygen to the brain while she was undergoing a laryngoscopy and an endoscopy to evaluate vocal problems and reflux disease. Joan was under sedation by propofol at the time of her death.
CHARLIE SHEEN has broken up with his fiancée, former mattress actress BRETT ROSSI. Charlie released a statement saying, quote, "She's a terrific gal, but we've mutually decided to go our separate ways and to not spend the rest of our lives together."
